Your package shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after payment receipt and are shipped via GLS with tracking and delivered without signature. Any order is shipped the day following the order date and delivered within 3 to 4 business days. If you prefer DHL delivery with required signature, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whatever your shipping choice, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and delivery charges will apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected.

Each order can be returned to headquarters within 30 days of order execution.
