They are made from nitrile, a synthetic material suitable for people with an allergy or sensitivity to conventional latex. They are transparent and pre-lubricated with a silicone-based, non-spermicidal lubricant to facilitate insertion and provide greater comfort during use.

Pasante Internal condoms are CE marked and contain no alcohol or animal-derived ingredients, including casein. They have a nominal length ranging from 163 to 190 mm and a minimum nominal width of 67 mm.
