Order questions
Add your products to the cart, click 'Place order', enter your delivery and payment information, then validate your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation email.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfers. All payments are secured via our SSL certified payment platform.
Upon validation of your order, you receive a confirmation email with your order number. A second email will be sent upon shipping with the tracking link.

Delivery questions
Orders placed before 4pm are shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 24-48h in metropolitan France, 2-3 days in Europe.
Delivery costs are €5.90. Delivery is free from €50 purchase in metropolitan France. Special rates apply for Europe.
You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real time on the carrier's website.
Absolutely! Our packages are in neutral packaging without logo or mention of our activity. Even on your bank statements, only 'JH-IT Services' appears.
Return questions
You have 30 days to return an unused product in its original packaging. Return costs are at your expense except in case of product defect.
Contact our customer service by email indicating your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, refund is made within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

We only select recognized and certified brands. All our products comply with European CE standards and are dermatologically tested.
All our electronic products benefit from a 1 to 2 year manufacturer warranty. In case of defect, we handle after-sales service directly with the manufacturer.
